3. Complete above documents and include Check or money order for $30 application fee made out to (Diamonds by the River LLC) return to Administrator by email diamondsbytheriver@yahoo.com, or Mail to 667 Alameda Ave, Astoria, OR, 97103
4. All applications will be processed and added to the list of applicants based on the ranking list system on the following 1st of the month
